Emotions in the Workplace

Humans are emotional beings but the workplace is not the environment or the appropriate place to express particular emotions. In fact, most leaders are not comfortable dealing with the emotions of their employees. This program teaches leaders to identify emotions early and how to manage them in the workplace.
