This interactive and engaging series will also incorporate Before and After Action Reviews to maximize learning outcomes, with insights from Liz Wiseman’s Impact Players to help participants elevate their leadership contributions.
This program will provide leaders with the tools and frameworks to enhance team performance, improve collaboration, and develop high-impact leadership behaviors.

Session 2 (November 12, 2025, 1 to 4pm): Building High-Impact Teams
- Icebreaker: Leadership Lifeline – Participants map their key leadership experiences.
- Core Focus: Applying Working Genius to enhance collaboration and productivity.
- Activity: Real-world case study analysis—teams use WTG to solve leadership challenges.
- Before Action Review: Setting team effectiveness goals using Working Genius insights.
- Application: Action planning for improved teamwork and efficiency.
Session 3 (March, 2026 1 to 4pm : Leading Like an Impact Player
- Icebreaker: Leadership Mad Libs – Participants share experiences in a fun, interactive format.
- Core Focus: Key traits that distinguish Impact Players from everyday contributors.
- Activity: Small group discussions on personal leadership challenges and strategies to move from contributor to impact player.
- Before Action Review: Setting personal leadership development goals.
- Application: Creating personal leadership commitment statements.
Session 4 (May, 2026, 1 to 4pm): Reflect, Refine, and Elevate
- Icebreaker: Leadership Hot Seat – Rapid-fire leadership Q&A.
- Core Focus: Conducting an After Action Review to measure growth and progress.
- Activity: Leadership retrospectives—participants share key takeaways and lessons learned.
- After Action Review: What worked? What needs improvement? How will these lessons be applied?
- Application: Creating an individualized leadership action plan for ongoing development.
